About Jip
A man of the world, at home in Amsterdam, and there a versatile practitioner

Mobility | Stability | Tranquility
Jip Lohle, a man of the world, at home in Amsterdam, and there a versatile practitioner: physiotherapist, osteopath, personal trainer. With an emphasis on personal treatment, focused on the patient's self-reliance and a lasting bond with their practitioner.
Background
Physiotherapist, osteopath, personal trainer
Physiotherapist with an emphasis on personal treatment focused on the patient's self-reliance
Malawi, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Diepenveen, the old town of Utrecht or the Rivierenbuurt in Amsterdam, they have all shaped me and became part of my story. I like to look at things broadly, with respect for who and what has shaped me. Even though I am only 29, I bring many facets into my approach to patients. An important foundation for this is my experience as an athlete. The principles that matter there are just as important in the ideal situation for my patients.
With respect for everyone's story and background, I look not only at the complaints that bring someone to my treatment table. I also like to look at the causes, and alongside movement and nutrition I take into account aspects such as sleep, breathing, stress and the immune system. I am convinced that people's mobility depends on various conditions and that these should all be brought into view. Not only to move more freely and better, but above all to feel good and to be able to take control of your own body and the results you expect from it.
I approach patients in a relaxed way, with dedication, respect and mutual trust as key concepts. Together you can set goals and also achieve them, and brave the highest waves. Together is a key word here. I would be glad to reach out my hand to see what your wishes and ideas are. My door is always open, feel free to look further on this site.

Approach
I take part myself
Experiencing, developing, broadening
It is not a one-sided approach. I take part myself. I too do sport regularly alongside a busy practice, I train for competition at a good level and can often be found on the tennis court. I also pay attention to what I eat and try to live a healthy life this way. Consulting with colleagues, physiotherapists and osteopaths is part of that. I like to come well prepared. Part of the groundwork for that is provided by the training I completed earlier (including, among others, THIM University of Applied Sciences for Physiotherapy, Sutherland College of Osteopathy and Physis Academy), but what matters most is that I practise my profession in very different places throughout the city of Amsterdam and in society. I see many people, in different places. From all those encounters I take impressions with me. The experiences of recent years have led me to decide to develop and broaden myself even further.

Philosophy
Optimal attention for my patients
Treatment under one roof
In my work I am also a connector. That means I try to offer the patient as much as possible of all the necessary aspects of his or her treatment under one roof. But sometimes it can also mean that contact needs to be made with a colleague or a specialist. I am there for that too, as a practitioner. Optimal attention for patients comes first.
