“Such an insight at the time was that all body tissues should exhibit a certain degree of movement and that loss of mobility has an adverse effect on health.”
“It’s 16 weeks to a pain-free body, improved posture, and more energy.”

A complete treatment

If there is a problem, I am here to solve it together with you.

My aim is to provide my clients with a complete treatment. This means that if there is a problem, I am here to solve it together with the client. However, even more importantly, I strive to prevent problems in the future or to optimize what is still possible for someone. This can take the form of personal training and exercises, but an integral part of this is the physiotherapist’s role after the treatment. They maintain contact, answer questions, and provide advice. The relationship continues, which brings significant benefits for the client, enabling them to remain independently mobile for longer. In case of a repeat visit, the communication is open, and the situation is clear. This is beneficial for me as a physiotherapist as well, as we know each other and are familiar with each other’s story. This builds trust, a solid foundation for improving mobility.

Who is the client?

Mental and physical well-being

In many cases, the first contact with the (general) practitioner and physiotherapist will be initiated due to a complaint. However, this is not necessarily the case. Improvement of conditions or gaining control over physical processes can also be a reason. It is worth noting that mental and physical well-being go hand in hand when it comes to optimizing someone’s mobility and overall living comfort. One cannot exist without the other.

6 domains in balance and the gait analysis

Some physical complaints are connected to sleep, stress, breathing, the immune system, nutrition, and movement. Very often, one or two of these domains play a dominant negative role in your recovery process. These factors can impact your ability to move forward. While, according to the body’s normal physiological recovery processes, you should have already healed, you may still find yourself struggling with persistent complaints. This is unnecessary. The body has an excellent self-regulating system. But how do you ensure that the body begins functioning naturally again, allowing you to regain that vitality? Close to your setpoint.
